Three phases,
four ways of working
BHOS is a nonprofit systems initiative, not a product company and not a standards body. Every campaign is scored with a System Readiness Level diagnostic, nine levels across six levers, and four ways of working move the weakest lever.
Unnamed, Framed, Demonstrated: the problem gets a name, a map, and a first working proof in a real place.
Networked, Standardised, Embedded: a coalition forms, shared standards make results comparable, and institutions begin to carry it.
Sanctioned, Mainstreamed, Self-sustaining: policy, capital and public expectation take over, and the system runs itself.
